RX 6600 anti aliasing shimmers

Hi all,

I've recently built my first gaming PC, and from what I've seen in game and read here, the 6000 line has horrendous, game ruining anti-aliasing? Here's what I am talking about:

The bushes on the right half of the screen flicker aggressively. This is fairly consistent across a number of different titles. I get the same issues with foliage and hair in Cyberpunk.

Many posters call out TAA as the usual issue. It's hard for me to prove this is the case because I can't turn TAA off in the games with the clear issues. There is a GoW patch, but my antivirus flags and deletes it when I run it; and I'm not keen to run a potential virus with antivirus turned off. However I think my issues do present like the common antialiasing artifacts.

Here's another useful post here. The accepted workaround is to use ReShade's FXAA in place of whatever anti aliasing wasn't working, but given I can't turn TAA off that doesn't work for me.

I tried submitting a bug report via the Adrenalin app, but got no response. Any idea what I can try here?

DXDiag of my build for reference
