Whenever I make a 1080p YouTube video full screen this is what I see for the first second or two.
If the resolution is set to any resolution besides 1080p (1440p, 2160p, 720p, etc) this does not happen.
The video only looks this way for a couple of seconds then returns to normal.
Anyone else experiencing this?
