Hello everyone,

I'm having an issue with my RX 580: after some time of use, the card completely stops displaying video. I'm not sure if it's due to overheating or something else.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Fans are working properly

Cleaned the card and ensured good airflow

Updated drivers and BIOS

Tried a different power supply cable

Despite these steps, the problem persists. How can I accurately diagnose the cause? Has anyone experienced something similar?

If it's Windows 11 24H2 and the KB5051987 update was installed, then it's the culprit. It should be uninstalled and blocked from reinstalling.

Hello gilban, i got windows 10 because my processor can't go to win 11.
