RX 580 Pixelate screen

Hello.
I have an AMD Asus RX580 card.
Suddenly small black pixels started to appear in the browser window.
The problem has become worse and now on any browser or game window appear with black pixels everywhere.

I tried changing the PCI slot, reinstalling the AMD driver but without success.

Any solution?

Is this screen corruption still there when going in the BIOS screen ? If so, it's a hardware issue and unfortunately you'll probably have to get a new card.

In the bios screen and in the start-up phase of Windows there are no problems of any sort, everything looks fine.

These artifacts only appear after Windows has loaded and only in browser/game/graphics windows: desktop and application bar looks fine.
