Hi i recently built a computer with a Ryzen 5 1600 processor and a Rx 580 Black edition I have been troubleshooting for the past few days and was wondering how i fix my graphics card from utilizing itself. When i play a game like Fortnite for example i get 100 fps with every setting on low but when i bump it up to every thing high i get 100 fps so i think there is some sort of power saving mode enabled but i can't figure out where it is also when i play with every thing on low the GPU utilization is at 5%-30%. So if anyone knows what is going on please let me know i can't stop thinking about this
Oh ya one thing i forgot to mention my CPU isn't bottle-necking and i know i can get more than 100 fps on everything low because i watched a video of someone getting 300+.
