This problem only happens with chrome, with hardware acceleration on. So yes, its easily avoidable - but why does this happen? I have a brand new PC - Ryzen 5 3600, RX 580, 16 GB DDR4. Why would I need to turn off hardware acceleration? This is likely something to do with the GPU or a driver... possibly. It doesn't happen on other browsers, but other people do not get this problem. Should I use my warranty and get a new PC while I have the time... or is this not a faulty GPU?
