I am having screen glitching issues with my RX 580 just recently (since 4 days ago). It happend only when I enable GPU graphics in windows 10 pro device manager.
Everytime I login into windows, I see glitched pixels and I have tried many things like installing 4 new windows and trying old and new drivers.
Booting into safe mode and disabling the GPU was the only time when it worked. Therefore, I think it might be the hardware fault rather than software being the issue.
I would like to know your thoughts and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
