I have an RX 580 8Gb card, however, anytime I'm on youtube or netflix or stream a large video, the video lags behind the audio by seconds. It's infuriating, as the start of the video the sync is fine, but after about 2 minutes the video and audio gets further apart until it is unwatchable, and then I have to reload. It destroys every punchline, every surprise, everything.
I have reloaded the driver, but the issue still persists.
