If you leave the PC without action or while watching a video, after a couple of minutes the memory frequencies rise to the maximum, the cooler starts to make noise and the card warms up. You make one move, the frequencies drop to a minimum, the noise goes away and the temperature drops sharply. In general, it is uncritical, but noise is very disturbing. I changed the drivers to different ones, I reread a lot of things, I didn't find a sensible solution. Please help
