Zero RPM is missing in Wattman. It is a problem because after I change powerlimit fans won't stop at idle.

Which model do you use? The 5700XT reference card doesnt support zero fan pwm

I have Sapphire Pulse 5700 XT.
I has zero fan in bios. But if I change any settings in Wattman, fans won't stop anymore. Only after I reset Wattman and reboot pc.

I am not sure then. But tbh. I highly doubt that someone here can help you. I feel you are better off asking in the sapphire board or contact their support.

If you override the AIB vbios by enabling/using wattman, then in many cases you lose the AIB zero fan.

Basically, wattman is (based on) for Ref cards. I do not use it on AIB cards.

Hi. You can fix that only by using morepowertool software that was mentioned above.
