I upgraded to a 5700 XT and am getting annoying stuttering in games. It has happened in Outer Worlds, Borderlands 3 and Fortnite, and I had to turn the graphics settings way down to get rid of it. An RX 5700 XT should be able to reliably play Fortnite on Ultra 1440p right?

It runs smooth mostly (frame times are around 10ms) but often stutters with frames over 100ms when I pan my screen quickly or enter a hectic battle. I've spent many hours trying to fix this to no avail
