RX 5700 XT crashing randomly

I have been experiencing inconsistent crashes for about a year now.
Crashes happen very inconsistently, sometimes it might be months between two crashes, sometimes 15 minutes.
Crash can happen when doing pretty much anything, i have had this happen while watching youtube, playing games like Valorant and farming simulator 22. Yesterday was the most recent crash, the one before that was two months ago.

Symptoms:
Displays go black (one used to go green, but doesn't anymore?), sounds might start looping or be fine but after waiting a while they stop completely. After waiting few minutes image comes back to one of the displays, error prompts from amd adrenalin and corsair icue show up after this on the screen, sometimes the pc is still usable at this state, sometimes i cant click on anything apart from the start menu. Everything behaves normally after restart.

Some pictures about what comes up:

Download amd utility for deleting the drivers. Delete. Install an older driver 23.11. is good..Then without restarting you have to turn off windows updatig your driver on its own..Just go in windows updates and disable.

After that go in adrenaline tuning, custom..enable everything, put power slider to 20%, increase the lower clock frequency to 1400mhz, undervolt 25mV or 50mV if it does not crash..

Download furmark, run it, watch the temps. Adjust fans accordingly so that gpu temp and heat sport are around 60C and 75C after 20min of test running.

It will not crash ever again..Amd just has problems when gpu goes form high frequency to low..

Why specifically 23.11 and not the newest?. Temps where fine already, and i was not running any overclock. I just cant really try to replicate the crash as they come out of nowhere.
