It started happening after a game crash with artifacts on the desktop and I updated the drivers. On 20.5.1 and 20.4.2 WHQL restarting the PC leads to a boot loop until I get into safe mode. Restarting from safe mode starts W10 properly. 20.2.2 or without drivers seems to work without issues so far, no boot loop. Not sure if it's a driver or hardware issue, but nobody else seems to be having this issue so I am fearing the latter.
How it looked after the game crash is in the attachments. Restarting made the artifacts disappear but I was able to make it crash in the same scenario with the same settings. Altering some graphics settings made the hard crashing stop.
