Hello! First post here because I haven't been able to find an answer anywhere else. Just built my first entry level gaming PC yesterday and loaded on Overwatch. Started noticing screen tearing pretty often, and it looks like it's flowing from the top down at a very slow pace. Mostly happens during Overwatch gaming and just a second ago it happened on my desktop, strange. Any ideas on how to fix this is greatly appreciated!!

Mobo: Gigabyte B450M DS3H
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: Radeon RX 570
Mem: 8GB RAM
Stor: 500GB ssd
PSU: Master cooler 550w
Monitor: LG 34GL750-B. 2560x1080res. Refresh rate is 144 Hz
edit: Also! I can't seem to access AMD Radeon settings anywhere. I tried to install AMD Adrenalin 2020 but that led to a restart that didn't restart at all... PC turned on but no signal to the monitor even after a few hours. Had to hard reboot. :/
