RX 570 run at PCI-e 3.0 x4 instead of x16

I have a RX 570 run with ASUS Prime A320m-K and Athlon 200GE,I noticed my performance was less thanasc.gif some benchmarks I watched so I used GPU-Z,it showed that my RX 570 run at PCI-e 3.0 x4 even at full-loaded,I tried reseating my graphics card but nothing changed.Do I have to clean the PCI-e lane too?My motherboard has only 1 PCI-e 3.0 x16 lane.Any suggestions?

The value you see as "x4" will be "x16" when you run a game. And the value "x16" will remain constant. Because GPUZ shows that GPU works with "x16" support. The factor that affects your performance is your processor.

See the "?" by the bus interface? Click that.

Also, even if it were running at 3.0 x4, there would be zero performance difference. Take the article by Puget Systems way back in 2013 when people were going nuts over PCIe 3.0 on bus speed vs performance with a GTX Titan which is of the same speed as the RX 570. As you can see, there is no performance difference, every test is within the margin of error.

yes,I tried clicking that "?",nothing changed. You said there wasn't any performance difference between x4 and x16 but in some comparison videos there was 10% loss of performance, also I noticed some frames in my gameplay less than in benchmark videos, the difference between x8 and x16 is about only 1% and it's true, but my problem is that my RX 570 loses its performance when running at PCI-e 3.0 x4 and I don't know how to fix it

Check your mobo bios settings, disable Athlon graphics, change to pcie/peg mode ?

Any other pcie card or M2 running off pcie ?

can you give me more details about which site you got those information on?

I think you do not know. I wrote to you in the first place why the problem was caused. The problem is not the motherboard or graphics card. It's the processor. Do not try to buy a new motherboard, I think.

Funny ,I do not have this problem with my PC GL702ZC.The Ryzen 7 1700 65 watt TDP and RX580 seems fine.

with a 330w brick

just one question though?is your cpu lower than the Ryzen 7 1700?in terms of power and performance I mean?

This is a defect of a video card. It was also on RX 580, only showing 8x. I changed it in the store for exactly the same and everything worked perfectly.

I have a related question, if I may. I have recently bought a B450 mobo, and it comes with CrossFire support. The thing is, only one of the PCIe 3.0 slot is x16, the other one is x4. I have a Radeon RX 580 on the x16 slot, and I plan to put a Radeon RX 570 on the x4 slot, but I'm not how that works since I have never had two videocards or CrossFire. Can somebody help me?
