I built my own PC a while back and haven't played anything that needed good graphics until now and the performance of the RX570 has been terrible for me even though it says most triple A games can get 60 fps or even higher.
I'm not that knowledgeable so any help figuring out why would be massive.
Someone suggested a stress test and my GPU only using 50% under load, any suggestions on how to fix this?
