i buy recently a rx 570 powercolor redragon for my pc and when im gonna to test,basically the video card is in 0% use (msi afterburner monitoring) and that cause so much lag in fps.

pc: i5 4440 , 12gb ram dual channel, h81m-cs/br , evga 450bt 80 plus bronze.

i need help plss!!

Did you get the card off Ebay/ used? If so it was probably mined on. you can try to change the VBios back or return it to the seller or see if it is still under warranty and if so, can you RMA it. 

If it is brand new, I would go to powercolor tell them what is wrong and see what they say.
