Hi!
It's been 4 days and I haven't been able to solve this problem.
I did a fresh, clean install of Windows 10 and then installed latest AMD graphic drivers from AMD website.
After installing drivers the PC won't boot Windows or it will boot but the screen will have glitches.
I tried the latest drivers and then some versions from the previous year. Also tried installing drivers from Windows Update (will use some drivers released in 2021).
Between each try I booted in safe mode and deleted all installed drivers using the AMD cleanup utility.
The PC works fine until installing graphic drivers.
Any suggestion will be much much appreciated!

CPU: Intel i5-8400
GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 550
