RX 480 nitro bad framerates in Mafia Definitive Edition (Mafia 1 remake0

Hi 

When i start the game i notised that when i start driving any car the game starts to have a lot of lag .When i'm not in the car the game works fine.I installed the game on win 7 and win 10 pro. My CPU is I7 4790 , 16 gb RAM DDR 1333 cl 9 , SSD , PSu 550w .

Please help me
