Hey everyone, so I recently bought a low-profile RX 460 from HP, and I installed it into my Dell Optiplex 7020 MT (I am doing a budget gaming system). Everything worked, the fans, but when I tried to turn on my monitor there was no signal. Tried two different hdmi cables and monitors, no dice. Any help?
