My 6800 has been having constant crashes since I watercooled it. I've tried everything from DDU to reinstalling windows to turning off XMP. During gaming, regular browsing the display freezes and I have to do a hard reboot. 

My question is that, I don't have the cooler and the backplate. It's back at home and I only have the PCB and the box. I bought directly from AMD. 

I'm at the point where I need to RMA it. Will AMD just accept the PCB board without the cooler and backplate?

Warranty covers original product as supplied, removing the original cooling & changing to water cooled voids warranty.
