When recording gameplay with my RX 480 8GB the in game performance is totally fine, I notice no degradation of performance at all, however the actual footage comes out stuttery and not at all smooth as it always was with shadowplay when I've used nvidia cards in the past. The audio seems OK, its just the video. Here are my ReLive settings:

2x8GB DDR3 1600
MSI H97 Gaming 3 Mobo
XFX GTR Black Edition RX 480 8GB
Samsung 840 Evo 250GB
WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM (Brand new)
I've tried the following things to no avail:
-Recording to my SSD instead of HDD
-Lowering bitrate, resolution and frame rate
-Using AVC rather than HVEC
-Using OBS and Plays.TV
-Toggling Record Desktop on and off
-Rolling back drivers from 18.5.2 to 18.4.1
-Running at stock GPU clocks
I would appreciate any help. I'm a long time green team user and this is my first foray into Radeon products. I want to support AMD but I'm not impressed with the problems I'm encountering that I've never had to deal with on GeForce.
