I am having trouble with my PC image due to my Radeon R9 280x card. I cannot determine what is causing this error in the image.
I already verified that the problem is not with the monitor or the HDMI cable.
I also tried uninstalling the drivers and doing a clean installation of them and still can't fix it.
I WONDER if this incident is already known and if so, what could be the cause.
Finally, I want to know if there is any contact email with AMD to send my query.
