first you have a very old Non-Supported GPU card so there hasn't been any AMD VGA driver updates since 2016.
This is the only AMD Mobile VGA driver I found for your HD 6290 from AMD Download page: https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-c-series-processors/amd-dual-core-c-60/c-60-radeon-hd-6290
NOTE: If you need a newer AMD VGA Driver then you would need to upgrade your Laptop or AIO PC.
