Hey everyone,
I have a Dell Inspiron 5675 with Ryzen 7 1700 and Radeon RX 580 (8 GB). I've noticed that when I do graphics intensive tasks like playing games (pretty much any game from Starcraft remastered to D3 to pubg), and even watching youtube videos), I would start getting random color flickering as seen in the video below - it comes and goes, sporadically, but only when the graphics card is being used. It doesn't happen when I'm just using the computer for general tasks, like writing this reddit post.

So far I've tried removing drivers and reinstalling to latest drivers, using HDMI instead of Displayport, and even reinstalled windows.
I'm thinking its a graphics card issue. But I would appreciate any help on how I can start troubleshooting this issue. Thanks!
