Hello, I am an AMD RX 6600 user. I have been using it for about 1 year by connecting 2 monitors at the same time (1 in dp and 1 hdmi port) without any problems. However, since the last software update, I have been encountering a random 3-second black screen problem, usually on one screen and rarely on both screens. This occurs both when playing games, when Chrome is open, and when only viewing desktop items. I checked my monitor and HDMI/DP cables on another PC and did not encounter any problems. I also uninstalled all AMD programs and reinstalled them and tried using the AMD Pro program. Finally, I formatted Windows. but I still haven't solved the problem. Can you provide technical support on this issue?
