Radeon RX 7900XTX Atrifacting and High Temps

Hello,

Since the contact form is currently broken, I will just post my issue here.

I recently bought a RX 7900XTX from AMD (reference model) and I am running into some issues. First issue is minor graphical artifacting. Here is a screenshot of what I am referring to:

It flashes around the entire area at a very fast speed. Other games such as Death Stranding and Darktide also exhibit issues, except in the form of very bright pixels.

My second issue is temperatures. My junction temp is hitting 110 during game play. I have a EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 G7 as my power supply and made sure to use separate PSU cables for each port on my GPU. Airflow doesn't seem to be the issue either as taking off my side panel does not help matters at all.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I also have the reference model 7900 XTX, temps are a bit extreme, I would recommend lowering the clocks to 2500mhz in adrenaline software until amd has words to say about this, seems to keep temps under 80 on the junction and set a fan curve yourself.

Thanks for the post.

Please could you provide some more information about your system? The information that would be useful to share with us can be found here > https://community.amd.com/t5/knowledge-base/information-required-when-posting-a-discussion/ta-p/4227...

Do you have a screenshot that shows the bright pixel issue that you described?
