Hello, how are you all, I recently bought an RX 7600XT XFX, I've been using it for a few weeks now. A few days ago while playing black myth
wukong my screen went black and my sound bugged, I tried to restart the video driver but it didn't work, so I had to turn it off.
When I started Windows everything was normal but the AMD driver told me that it had recovered from an error. From that moment on, if I
played and almost reached 2 hours of continuous play, it happened again. I tried to check all possible connections, reinstall Windows, drivers, and nothing seemed to fix the problem. I tried a less heavy game trackmania, when I played everything at maximum it gave me the same error again, so I tried to set the game
to minimum, locking the game at 60fps, I played for 4 hours and the error never occurred. Do you think my PSU is to blame?.

What driver version are you using? Black Myth was stable for me 2 versions ago. You can always try and use AMD DDU to clean out your drivers and revert back a couple versions and see if the problem goes away.
24.10.1
It happened to me with other games too, trackmania and stalker 2.
Hi, you might wanna check on the internet about that SPECIFIC XFX graphics card. I had one myself, the 7600XT 210 speedster, something like that. Unfortunately this is not user error or AMD drivers related, (well, in some sort of way it might be), but every user ive encountered with this model has had a faulty GPU. Frozen image, followed by a black screen, a stuttering audio buzzing sound and you are forced to hard reset in order tu get the PC back. Yes, ive tried the clock speeds and all but every solution i tried did NOT work for me. Decided to RMA and tried a 4060TI and its been plug and play.
NOTE: My 7600XT even crashed WHEN IDLE. The GPU could handle FurMark at max settings for long periods of time but at RANDOM and checking temps, speeds, etc, it crashed.
So, since this is an AMD forum im not telling you to switch to the "green brand", but i encourage you to search 7600XT on the r/AMDHelp from reddit and you'll see what im talking about.
I hope this helps
Yes, I am investigating and this is happening to many people, just those who have this same gpu. I tried upgrading my PSU to a 750w one to see if that solves the problem, otherwise I will have to get rid of it.
My PC does not have any problems when using it while watching videos or browsing, only when I play games.
