PC Graphics

Can someone please help:

I just bought a Radeon RX 6800. The GPU fans are not turning and my screens are not showing any sign of info from the GPU. 

I have checked my power supply and it works as everything else seems to be working.

We have updated the bios with latest version.

What should i do please?

What was previous graphics card, did you use DDU to cleanout/remove those drivers?

Did you try with just 1 monitor connected to graphics card, not output from motherboard.

Did you change the 'initial display first' setting in motherboard bios to graphics card, if your cpu has graphics & enabled.

I am building a PC from scratch and that's my first time. Everything seems to be working but the GPU doesn't seem to have any power. My power supply is working well as it looks. Thus i am trying to find out what i might have missed. 

The mother board is a ASUS ROG Strix B650-A Gaming WiFi AMD Ryzen AM5.
