I am unable to get my Radeon Pro WX 3100 to remain on for more then a couple of seconds. I have installed the card into my motherboard in 2 different PCIe slots with the same outcome for both. I install the card and turn on my computer and the screen stays on long enough to open windows but then the monitor shows a message saying that there is no input. I manually restart the computer but the monitor remains in a sleep mode. I moved the card to another PCIe port and the same thing happened. The only thing I was able to gather was that the resolution was very low. I tried to plug my monitor into the on board graphics I/O but with the video card in the motherboard won't send a signal through the on board I/O. I figured it might need the driver software installed but I can't leave the card in the system and get video to my monitor and without the card attached to the motherboard the drivers won't install. I forgot to mention that this is a brand new build.
System Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 UD
CPU: Core i5 9600K
Memory: 32GB (16GBx2)
PS: 650W
Hard Drive: 500 GB SSD
Monitors: Westinghouse 24" HDMI input
I have mini display to hdmi adapters connected to the graphics card.
I hope that someone has run into this problem and knows how to fix it.
Thanks for your help
