This is my first time posting. I am having an issue with my Dell Optiplex GX620; running XP. The card is fully inserted, the driver exited without an issue, but the Windows HW Manager shows the card as not recognized with a question mark. I installed Vista on it in the past and it worked perfectly, the card works well. I've been stuck on this one for a while.

I did some research in looking for inf files and it one in a folder labeled HDMI under the ATI folder tree. My card has a DVI port and a DisplayPort. My monitor is using the DVI port, is that a possible issue? I don't have a DisplayPort to HDMI The HW Manager still shows the card as unknown. I tried pluggin in a DVI to HDMI to see if that is the issue, but nothing changed. Thanks for your help with this tricky problem. -K
