I have an older HP desktop with an AMD Radeon HD4200. I have upgraded from Windows 7 x64 to Windows 10 x64. I am considering purchasing a Radeon HD6570. Are there drivers for the HD6570 that are Windows 10 x64 compatible? If so, where do I find them?

Goodplay, Thank you. I have downloaded the driver (15.7.1). After I installed the card, I ran the installation of the driver. It proceeded thru all the steps smoothly UNTIL it was aprox. 25% into the actual installation. It then went black screen, and I began getting the automated blue screen of something happened and we need to restart your computer.
I am wondering....in order to upgrade this PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10, I had to DISABLE DRIVER SIGNATURE ENFORCEMENT. Even though this particular driver is SUPPOSED to work in Win 10 x64, I suspect that everything was designed around Win XP/7. Is it possible I might have to install the driver with Driver Signature Enforcement disabled? Might I have to run it in a Compatibility Mode?
The Device Manager does NOT "see" my HD6570. The AMD web site automatically detects it. Where do I go from here? What's next?
Was the monitor connected to the 6570 port (not the mobo port), that could be one reason.
Also possible you need to check if the mobo bios settings needs to be changed from the integrated graphics chip to the dedicated/desktop graphics card.
The monitor was connected to the new gpu. The mobo bios is set to to pci-e slot. All my problems with this PC going from Win 7 to Win10 circled around the Display Adapter Driver. (ie. the driver signature enforcement). I have tried different NVIDIA cards (no joy), and now this AMD card (still no joy).
Turning off secure boot is one suggestion, there are others on the web.
