Radeon Anti-Lag

I am using an Acer Nitro 5 with a Radeon Vega 8 GPU and an RX 560X trying to run Team Fortress 2. I think the Anti-Lag option is somehow capping me at 30 FPS like it did with Apex Legends but my entire TF2 graphics profile is set to custom and won't let me change any settings in the Radeon software. Does anyone else have this issue or a solution to let me change the settings?

Maybe, make notes of current game profile settings, then change the profile to standard and redo settings you want ?
