radeon 9 m265x is not working on my toshiba p70b101 notebook

i changed my windows from 8.1 to 7x64 and now the note doesnt recognize the amd graphics card. (sometimes it is a vga standard device and it is the amd card, looked the device id in internet.) The driver soft doesnt work from amd and toshiba sites(and others). So what should i do now. Its almost impossible to play on intel hd 4600 with 25-40 fps csgo))) Help me pls.

I upgraded to windows 10 and now sometimes it is a microsoft basic graphics adapter (amd firepro w9000 device id). Than windows download the drivers for it and it changes the name to amd firepro w9000. But i cant do anything with it. So i guess its not dead. Maybe in the system its turned off (regedit). In my bios i dont have the function to set primary graphic cards. Changed win10 to uefi but nothing changes .

My note was with switchable graphics in the beginning. So pls if you know that may i can be turned off and i have to turn it on somehow answer pls.
