Radeon 560x

Hi!

Have Thinkpad with Ryzen7 5500, with Radeon 560x. This GPU is said to have 4GB DDR5, also installed latest driver.

For some reason Windows only shows it has about 1GB of ram. Is this correct or driver issue?

can you upload an image of GPU-Z for the 560X GPU Card in your laptop?

Yes, the GPU card according to AMD Specs is suppose to have 4GB of vRAM on it.

GPU-Z will indicate if the AMD Driver is properly installed and all APIs are enabled.

Have you tried installing Lenovo's AMD APU Driver to see if it shows the correct amount of vRAM for the 560X?

This is your APU AMD Driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-5-mobile-processors-radeon-graphic...

You need only to install one AMD Driver which is the APU AMD Driver which installs both the Integrated and Discrete GPU drivers.

But it is best to install the laptop's AMD Driver which is 100% compatible unless it is very Out-Dated.
