System Model BGP6710J display on bios but it does not continue to window it just shows  0_ on the bottom of the screen when I use the other board working ok

Could be that 280X models had either UEFI vbios or legacy bios (check your make/model on techpowerup bios database).

Then whether your motherboard/cpu combo has uefi and/or legacy support, csm mode and disk format mbr or gpt. 

Suppose you checked mobo bios setting for initial display first (or similar wording).

its on Legacy bios I did all  that still showing 0_
