So the my GPU down clocked to 300mhz core, memory 150mhz and the GPU gets very hot and the fan doesn't spin. I have manually through Msi afterburner set the fan speed. Right now Radeon Software 18.8.1. The GPU have only use for a year and half and never was overclocked.
Its a Asus Strix R7 370 2gb OC, CPU - AMD FX-8320E (Overclocked), Motherboard - M5A99FX PRO R2.0 and Power Supply is 600w
