R7 250 1G D5 - SAPPHIRE have problem with 1st startup monitor not displaying and then shutdown pc then 2nd startup pc run smoothly and also displaying all things.

Dear all,

I have asus m4n68 m lev2 mobo with 800 watt frontech smps,8gb ddr3 ram,1 IDE harddisk and 1 SATA harddisk,1 creative Sound card and 1 wifi card.
But my problem is that i have also R7 250 1G D5-SAPPHIRE graphic card. First time when i connected this graphic card in mobo PCI x 16 slot this work very fine around 2 weeks but then after i format my pc it not working properly.

Problem is that when i start my pc 1st time.Graphic card fan run and all other process doing well and start up tone also play but on monitor no display only black screen and led light blinking.

Then after i shut down whole computer using button and switches.
Then i start my pc 2nd time it will start normally and also show display and running smoothly without any problem.

So what is the reason that my pc always start on 2nd time startup only?
So please any buddy have solution for this kind of problem then reply me.
