Question about memory temp (rx 6800 xt)

What is the normal temp of memory on this card? And since what temp I should think about better cooling system? Also what hotspot temp is ok on this card? (in benchmarks and hard scenes in games hotspot can reach 90C, but usually it's 80C)

90C is fine, here's the limits.

Maybe increase a bit the rpm on the fan curve and make sure if the dual bios (if the card has it) is set to performance instead of quiet.

Does the case have front glass, metal or mesh? Could be poor airflow.

But an average of 80 is still in the safe range.

hi, i have a RX 6800 xt Red Dragon OC. I noticed that when playing Fortnite in 2k resolution, the hot spot temperature reaches up to 112 degrees C. Additionally, when I increase the GPU power limit by 15%, after restarting the computer, this limit returns to 0%.
