when i play some game the gpu usage goes like "0% - 74% - 32% - 0% - 64% - 84% - 0%" every time but the real problem is when i play sometimes, the games still runin but the image is freeze soo i have to press Alt + f4 for my games and then appears a message from software radeon "Radeon Wattman have been restored" but this config shut down the graphic fans, the same problem happens when i use google chrome 2 minutes chrome opened and boom the same problem, but not with Microsoft edge

Graphic card: rx 580 gigabyte
mother board: Asus prime h310M-E R2.0
Ram: Spectirix d50 ddr4 8gb 3000MHz
