Hi there I have a lenovo z51 70 laptop.. has R9 M375 GPU chip. using windows 10 last updates, the issue is i was playing a game and every thing in the laptop freezed suddenly and i made hard restert. after that the windows can't feel or recognized the driver of the amd gpu, only can find the Intell one. I trace the problem and done the following:
1- I removed the drivers of AMD and Intell and reinstall them "downloaded the drivers from lenovo website not from any other places" the message when setup the AMD driver is : No approperiate driver to be installed .
2- resetting and update the Bioss
3- running the laptop with bootable linux ubunto stick and didnt eather find the gpu.
4- format and installing new fresh windows 10.
The laptop working normally but without the AMD GPU "no black screen or errors when the laptop start up".
is that hardware failer or what.. need your help please!
