Hi
So i build up my gaming PC again. And picked up an HD 6990, expecting it to be decent....it is not. Heck my AMD Radeon R5 430 low profile care blows it out of the water.
Am i doing something wrong? i have the latest drivers. Is it because its a dual GPU card?
