I made a new system,and everyting worked properly,until i installed graphics card diversm,the monitor juste moaned to flicker,and was a fan of the function,

We're chasing down driver issues on my rig as well.

One thing that has ours running was to uninstall the AMD software using the add/remove app's (the ones that control the display).  Once the system was restarted, yes we did loose the current graphics driver set and the really sweet AMD dashboard software.  However Windows automatically used an older signed AMD display driver from back in early February and the problems vanished.  Solved our problems to get the 'rig running, but we're still pending resolution on how to fix the driver issue to keep things current.  I am unsure how the video card fans are responding, I've not gamed or stressed the video card for most of the day.

Just an idea to throw it out.  Hope others can offer assistance as well.  Being new here I'm throwing out some ideas to lend a hand if I can.
