From this advertisement from a foreign Retailer it mentions it has a "6 PIN PCIe" Power Connector:

So you would need to purchase a 6 Pin to 8 Pin PCIe Power adapter or a 4 Pin Molex to 8 PIN PCIe power connector adapter.

The RX570 requires a minimum PSU wattage of 450 Watts so it should work in your computer but I would suggest to upgrade the PSU, if you can afford it, to at least 750 or 850 Watt PSU Metal rated for future upgrades to your computer.

AMD recommends 450 Watts and another PSU Website recommends 500 Watts.

But your PSU is a Foreign PSU and  low quality and cheap from what I have been able to find about the Napajanje Rhino PSUs.

The Wattage may not be 550 Watts under stress. So it is hard to tell. If your PSU was a High Quality Gold or Silver or higher PSU than I would definitely say yes your PSU is fine for the RX570.

The 12+ Volt Wattage is 466 Watts and that is what the GPU run on.

Since I am unfamiliar with your Foreign PSU the only thing I can say is install the RX570 and see if it works fine under stress. Normally a High Quality 550 Watt PSU should be fine for your RX570.

Does this power supply have that cable that goes into that graphics, 8 pin power supply cable ? @elstaci

Hard to tell.

That could be a 8 Pin CPU Motherboard Connector which looks like the 8 Pin PCIe connector but are wired differently.

Does that plug have any writing on it?

If it has PCIe written on it then it is for the GPU card. You can check by the shape of the holes on the plug to the shape on the GPU card.

Found this layout of how the shapes should look like on both the GPU and CPU 8 Pin plug:

Found this website that gives more details on all PSU plugs including PCIe:  https://www.moddiy.com/pages/Power-Supply-Connectors-and-Pinouts.html
