I am experiencing very poor GPU utilisation performance in all Cryengine games (except Crysis Remastered) with a 6800XT. I am not sure this is to do with the Graphics driver or Windows 10 as I am getting different performance depending on what version of Windows 10 I am using. I also noticed that the Cryengine games have a strange 63fps cap, which i'm unable to remove.

I have made a video comparing Crysis 3 running on Windows 1909 and 20H2 with the same driver.
