This past two GPU updates have left my computer effectively bricked until going into safe mode and uninstalling the drivers. When installed my PC will restart and log in fine. My mouse cursor will show the loading symbol and will not open any applications. I'm also unable to restart the computer from the settings and will have to hard restart it. This issue began around the end of January 2024 into February. I could restart the computer once or twice and it would begin working normally. Around the beginning of March the issue corrupted my OS and the whole system had to be reset.
I have an HP Victus 1.5 with a Ryzen 7 5700G.
