I just got a new graphics card and it is a rx 5900 xt and it hope that it is not the promblem. As when opening many tabs my computer screen will turn black and the only way to solve it is move the cord over a slot in the graphics card or turn of the monitor.

i just got a new dpi cable so it can’t be that. Also just recently my pc went crazy and it glitched and showed a red and black screen and I rebooted it and it worked just fine.

i hope it is my monitor.

What are your full PC specs?

Power supply: skill mb850G 
cpu: ryzen 7 7700x

Motherboard: msi pro b650-p wifi

ram: gskill

It could be an under performing power supply that is creating your issues

Are you at least running separate power cables from your power supply to each power input on your GPU?

Is your motherboard's BIOS up to date?

Are you running any cable extenders INSIDE your computer?

Possibly the pay but could it be the monitor?

yes I am runnning different cables to the gpu. Two separate cables and one I am using the splitter. 
I bought motherboard less than a year ago brand new so I’m unsure if it needs its bios update.

no cable extenders 

my cpu integrated graphics also won’t work and will go into the windows screen but as soon as I swipe up to enter my password it freezes and I have to reboot the computer .
