I have a problem with my new build PC. At first, it had the AMD software preinstalled on it when I first booted it. After a little bit on the game, it crashed and when i tried to open the AMD software again, it said I had to install it again even though it was already on my computer. So, I uninstalled the AMD software and reinstalled it from the website with all the drivers and what not. After doing this, my computer won't even run any games at all and instantly crashes when I run any game.
What I've tested:
reinstalling Windows
updated BIOS
newest AMD chipset drivers
using DDU and reinstalling drivers

AMD Ryzen 7600x
MSI PRO B650 S WIFI
(Asrock Challenger) AMD Radeon RX 7900 GRE OC
Corsair Vengeance 32 GB Ram
1 TB Ram
Windows 11 Pro
