Hello,

I am trying to build an audio pc for audio recording but need a radeon GPU (as understand the nvidia cards cause latency issues). I need it to be silent though...

Does AMD still sell a passive GPU, which has displayport support?

There doesn't appear to be any passive cooled AMD graphics cards for the current generation.

The fans on a lot of the newer cards don't come on till the GPU reaches a certain temperature so might be suitable for you depending on how much your stressing your graphics card.

Found this Review Tech site that mentions mainly Nvidia Passive GPU cards but does mention one AMD Passive GPU card RX460 but not sure if it will be strong enough for your use. It still is supported by AMD with Driver updates: Best Passively Cooled Graphics Card for Silent PC in 2020 

Seems like the RX 460 4 GB Passive GPU card is sold in Asian markets only from what I read.

If a budget is of no concern for you, AMD has Professional GPU cards that use Passive cooling, but generally are not cheap.

Need to read the "Release Notes" to make sure it is compatible with all Windows 10 OSes.
