I've attempted upgrading drivers to 24.6.1, 24.7.1, and 24.8.1 and for each of these versions OpenGL games are broken for me. I've tried this with several different titles such as Dhewm3 and OpenMW, but each time I get a message to the effect of "OpenGL initialization failed" indicating a crash before the game window is shown. I have tried several different methods of installation across these three versions, but none of the following have worked for me: updating through the Adrenalin UI, uninstalling through Windows and reinstalling using the download, and doing a "clean uninstall" through the DDU utility before attempting a driver install. DirectX games seem to work fine on the newer versions.

Here are my system specs:

Sapphire RX 5700 XT

Ryzen 5 5600x

32gb Crucial DDR4 3600

ASUS x570 Pro WiFi

Please provide an AMDZ Report:

- Please extract the amdz-v346.zip available from https://we.tl/t-L03DySWYSs
- Run amdz.exe file as an Administrator
- Select Save All and TXT as the output format
- Click on the blue button to save the report
- The .txt file will be saved in the same folder where you extracted the zipped file

I've installed Adrenalin Software version 24.9.1, and am receiving the same error still

I tested the hardware with Unigine Heaven and it works flawless with no error message.

Ok, since then I've done a reinstall of Windows on my PC using 24H2 and that appears to have resolved the issue
